Personal Identity: Full name, Main Registration Number (NRP), position, and department.
Contact Data: Phone/WhatsApp number for notification purposes.
Media Data: Profile photo and photos of attached evidence (such as doctor's letters or permits) that you voluntarily upload.
Device Information: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token for sending push notifications.
2. Use of Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
Managing attendance history and permit/leave/overtime requests.
Processing digital approvals by supervisors/managers.
Sending application status notifications via Push Notification or WhatsApp.
Generate internal company reports in PDF or Excel format.
3. Device Permissions
This application requires several access permissions on your device:
Camera: Used to take photos of supporting documents for leave/sick leave applications.
Gallery/Storage: Used to upload existing attachments and save export files (PDF/Excel).
Notifications: Used to provide real-time updates on the status of your application.
4. Data Security
The security of your information is our priority. Data is stored on PT Nikkatsu's internal servers, which are protected by industry-standard security protocols. We restrict access to personal data to authorized personnel (HR Team and Management) for administrative purposes only.
5. Sharing Data with Third Parties
We will not sell, rent, or provide employee personal data to third parties outside of PT Nikkatsu, unless required by applicable law in the Republic of Indonesia.

As a user, you have the right to:
View and ensure the accuracy of your data registered in the system.
